Eddie Corral, CEO of PeerTracks, appeared on Digital Trends LIVE recently and introduced its viewers to PeerTracks.com, the on-demand streaming platform that’s built on music-industry specific blockchain solution, SOUNDAC. PeerTracks.live, the radio variant of PeerTracks, where you can stream songs from top artists such as Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift amongst others was also introduced on the show.
Eddie explained how PeerTracks / SOUNDAC, which is in development since 2015, makes it easier for everyone to function in the music paradigm. While SOUNDAC is a blockchain, the non-tech-savvy users don’t have to deal with the pesky long string of private key. Instead, SOUNDAC allows users to login with a memorable combination of username and password. This is the proof of concept that the blockchain technology is ready for mass adoption.
SOUNDAC is revolutionizing the music landscape.
Eddie Corral explains how on digital trends live.
Eddie later explained how SOUNDAC/PeerTracks is disrupting the music space and how it’s making lives of musicians easier. For the first time in the industry, royalty payment is made within 24 hours of streaming directly to the artist’s digital wallet in a stable-value cryptocurrency called RYLT tokens, which can be converted to BTC, XSD (SOUNDAC’s native token) or directly withdrawn to a debit card. The platform will allow artists to receive instant copyright the moment they register their song, weeding out all the middle men and allowing artists to focus on what they do the best, create awesome music.
Do watch the complete video and tune into PeerTracks.live for an engaging stream of hits.
